Focusing on the research and development of high-resolution stencil plate making technology, we conduct in-depth study and innovation in areas such as photosensitive materials, laser engraving technology, and digital image processing. This enables the production of stencils with extremely high precision, clear lines, and fine halftone dots. As a result, printed products achieve industry-leading levels in pattern detail representation, color reproduction, and printing consistency, meeting the high-precision requirements of applications such as high-end electronic product labeling, functional printing for electrical performance, and fine art reproduction.
We have developed a unique stencil surface treatment technology that effectively enhances the stencil’s wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and release properties. This significantly extends the service life of the stencil, reduces printing production costs, and minimizes production interruptions and quality fluctuations caused by frequent stencil replacements, thereby improving production efficiency and product quality stability.
Research on Printability of Specialty Inks
To meet the specific requirements of precision stencil printing, we have conducted in-depth research and developed a series of specialty inks, including conductive inks, fluorescent inks, and high-temperature-resistant inks. These inks not only excel in conventional properties such as color, gloss, and adhesion but also possess special functional characteristics, catering to diverse printing needs in fields like electronics, anti-counterfeiting, and decoration.
The center is equipped with advanced ink performance testing equipment and printability inspection instruments, enabling precise analysis of key ink indicators such as rheological properties, drying speed, adhesion, and chemical resistance. Through the optimization and adjustment of printing process parameters (such as squeegee pressure, printing speed, and ink viscosity), we achieve a perfect match between the ink, the stencil, and the substrate material, ensuring smooth printing processes and stable, reliable print quality.
Automated control system for plate making, printing, and inspection
In close collaboration with renowned domestic and international machinery manufacturers and automation control technology companies, we have jointly developed high-precision printing equipment tailored for precision stencil printing. These devices incorporate advanced mechanical design, such as high-precision transmission systems, precise positioning mechanisms, and stable printing platforms, ensuring millimeter- or even micron-level printing accuracy during high-speed production.
Our independently developed automated control system further enables intelligent management of the printing process. By integrating sensor technology, data acquisition and analysis systems, and industrial automation software, it allows for real-time monitoring of critical parameters, including equipment operation status, ink levels, and print quality metrics. Based on preset process standards and quality requirements, the system automatically adjusts printing parameters, achieving automation, precision, and efficiency in production. This effectively minimizes the impact of human factors on print quality while enhancing production efficiency and product yield rates.
